BBBY: What words best describe you?

TASHIONA: Evolver, growing, fun, and great (if He that is in me is    Greater, then that must mean I am great, lol, but seriously... think about it)

BBBY: Who is one of the most inspirational women in your life? And why?

TASHIONA: My mother of course. In addition to allowing me to take over her body for 9 months and the 10+ hours of labor. She has always shown me love, even through the ways she disciplined and corrected me. She modeled how to be a wife, how to be domestic and resourceful, how to pray, how to give, how to enjoy life. She constantly encourages me, she's the best grandmother around. And she doesn't judge me, she just loves me good or bad. Yet holds me accountable. She's an overcomer and modeled how to let challenges make you better not bitter. I love her so much. I often tell her if I can be a fraction of the woman she is, I'll be more than ok.

BBBY: What was the inspiration for starting your own business/staring in this business?

TASHIONA: My parents are the inspiration behind me starting this business. My daddy was very business savvy. I'm building on the foundation they have laid.

BBBY: What is the mission behind your/this business?

TASHIONA: To inspire, teach, and show others how to build and leave a legacy through real estate. Since I was about 19, I became passionate about real estate, so starting a company that shows "the average person" how to build and grow wealth and legacy through creative real estate solutions was inevitable for me. Its simple, people just need someone to show them the steps and encourage them to just DO IT!! I want to inspire people to change their mindset, have a positive relationship with money, and leave something other than debt and jordans, or celine bags behind when they die. It's not enough for me to become a multi-millionaire and die with millions of dollars in the bank, I AM RESPONSIBLE for showing others (who want to learn) how to do the same.

BBBY: What challenges did you face when starting your own business/in this business?

TASHIONA: Lol let's be clear, I'm still facing challenges. Real estate is male dominated when it comes to investing, so I've faced the challenge of navigating a (seemingly) male dominated industry. But even that thought is all in how I view it. It's a mind thing, so my greatest challenge in starting my own business was ME. Now that I understand that, NOTHING can stop me.

BBBY: Do you have a life mission or inspirational quote that you live by?

TASHIONA: As the seasons in my life change, different quotes and scriptures become my mantra. In general my life's mission is to be "Purposeful, Productive, and Prosperous" at 19 years old, I adopted that and it's stuck. But for this season in my life, I'm reminded of a quote that says, "if you're not growing, you're dying." Everyday, my aim is to grow!!

BBBY: What inspires you to do what you do?

TASHIONA: The life that I've been given inspires me, as in the breath I breathe and the fact that I have a heartbeat. My parents put the spark there, now everything around me is an inspiration to keep going; my children, my mother, naysayers, the gofundme pages I see when a loved one passes away or is ill, the masses of my people who just don't know how or where to start with building their legacy or those who don't even think legacy is important. The parent I see falling asleep while doing their job because they are overworked and underpaid, the abundance that the Lord has placed on this earth and inside of each of us. It's all inspiration! I just want to lead people to build their legacy through real estate.

BBBY: Tell us about a time in your life, where you felt most powerful as a woman.

TASHIONA: Man! The day my Daddy died. November 4th, 2009. I realized a part of me died that day, but I understand a new part of me was birthed in that moment. I got through moments and times I never dreamed I could get past. I love you, Daddy!

BBBY: What has made you most proud and why?

TASHIONA: For all of my flaws, challenges, hiccups, and whatever else that may be adverse about who I am, I know I am STILL valuable, I still have purpose.

I'm even more proud when I'm traveling and the person sitting next to me has horrible breath and I don't say a word I just offer a breath enhancement WITHOUT rolling my eyes, that's big for me!! I work on my facial expressions daily. Hahahaha

BBBY: What's the most important lesson you've learned as an entrepreneur or as you started in this business?

BBBY: What are 3 tips you can share with aspiring entrepreneurs or someone ready to go after their dreams?

TASHIONA: 1. Write down what you WANT to happen 2. Get your mind right and then guard it!! 3. Start, just go, do it then figure it out. Remember perfection is the lowest standard, our worst enemy, because so often we attempt to get everything perfect and then start, and we actually never start!! So just start!!

BBBY: Fill in the blank: I feel most empowered when I__________________.

TASHIONA: Am balanced and developing spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financiall
